Privacy policy

This is a courtesy translation. The service operates under the law of the Russian Federation, and the Russian edition of this policy is the one with legal force. Where the two texts differ, the Russian text applies.

The data controller is Русаков Алексей Александрович, a sole proprietor registered in Russia, TIN 631607040629. Questions and requests: hello@ozhivi.pro.

1. What we collect

• The photographs you upload. If there are people in the image, their likenesses are personal data, both yours and those of the people depicted.
• Your email address, given when you place the order, to send you the link to the finished video and the self-employment receipt from the Federal Tax Service “My Tax” service. An order cannot be placed without it: otherwise the only link to the video you paid for lives on an open browser tab.
• The scenario text, if you describe the action you want.
• IP address and time of request, to limit the number of uploads from one address and protect the service from abuse.
• Payment data is handled by YooKassa. Card numbers never reach us and are not stored by us.

We do not collect location data, do not ask for documents and do not request anything beyond an email address.

2. Why

• to create a video from your photograph, which is the service itself
• to check the image before payment so that you do not pay for nothing
• to send you the link to the result and the receipt
• to refund the money if the service was not rendered
• to limit load and keep the service from being taken down by mass uploads

We do not use your photographs to train models, do not publish them and do not use them in advertising.

3. Legal basis

Your consent and performance of the agreement set out in the terms of service. You give the consent separately, by ticking the box on the order form before uploading a photograph. Without the tick the photograph is not uploaded and is not sent for the check. The same tick covers the order. The consent is a separate document: consent to personal data processing (in Russian).

4. Transfer outside Russia

This matters. To check the image and create the video we transfer your photograph to recipients outside Russia, and in “Your scenario” mode the text you wrote as well. There are three recipients, all in the United States of America (USA):

• Features and Labels Inc. (fal.ai) (USA) receives the image from our server and creates the video. The image is the source frame, and the composed task describes what should happen. For the analysis of the frame, fal.ai passes the image and the scenario text through OpenRouter to the Anthropic model.
• OpenRouter, Inc. (USA) routes requests to neural networks. It receives the image and the scenario text from fal.ai and passes them to the Anthropic model.
• Anthropic PBC (USA) analyses the image to check whether it is suitable and to compose the task for the neural network that creates the video. The scenario text is sent together with the image if you wrote one.

The United States is not on the list of countries providing adequate protection of data subjects’ rights. Such a transfer is possible only with your consent. You give it by ticking the box on the order form before uploading a photograph, since the free check of the image before payment already sends it abroad. Without this transfer the service is technically impossible.

Only the photograph and the scenario text leave the country. Your email address stays in Russia: mail is sent by Selectel’s mail service, incoming mail is handled by Reg.ru and payments by YooKassa. All three run on Russian servers. Do not write anything in the scenario you would not want sent abroad: names, addresses, diagnoses.

5. How long we keep it

• the source photograph and the finished video: 30 days from the moment it is ready, then deleted
• email address and order data: 3 years, the limitation period
• payment records: 4 years, the tax retention period
• upload IP address: 30 days

6. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data or its correction, withdraw your consent and request deletion of your data, and appeal against our actions to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or in court. Write to hello@ozhivi.pro. We reply and act on the request within 10 business days. Withdrawing consent after production has begun does not cancel work already done and is not grounds for a refund for a service already rendered.

7. Security

The site works over HTTPS. Photographs are stored in closed storage and are accessible only through signed links with a limited lifetime. There is no public access to files by a guessable address.

8. Cookies and visit statistics

The site sets no cookies of its own: ordering works without them, and the note that you have read the cookie notice is kept in your browser's storage (localStorage). Cookies are set by the Yandex Metrica statistics service (Yandex LLC, Russia). There are no advertising cookies on the site.

Metrica sets cookies and collects information about the visit: IP address, device and browser type, where you came from, which pages you opened, how long you stayed on them and where you clicked. Its Webvisor tool records actions on the page: scrolling, cursor movements and clicks. The email address and scenario text you type are not included in the recording. Webvisor is switched off on the order page, where the finished video is shown.

Why: to see where visitors find the site inconvenient and fix it. We do not identify you personally from this data and do not pass it to advertising networks. The data is stored on Yandex servers in Russia, and the processing terms are set out in the Metrica terms of use (in Russian).

You can opt out at any time: turn on tracking protection in your browser or install a blocker that blocks the address mc.yandex.ru. Ordering does not depend on Metrica and keeps working.

9. Changes

A new edition of this policy is published on this page. The edition in force at the moment of your order applies to that order.
